CUSTOMER CODE OF CONDUCT & SAFETY POLICY
At Wallkill's Haunted Barn, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests and staff. To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, we ask that you review and adhere to the following rules and guidelines:
1. No Outside Food or Drink
Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Concessions are available inside for your convenience.
2. Bag Policy
Bags larger than [standard size: 12” x 6” x 12”] are not permitted. This includes backpacks, large purses, or oversized totes.
All bags are subject to search upon entry.
3. Weapons Prohibited
No weapons of any kind are allowed, including but not limited to firearms, knives, pepper spray, or any items that could be considered dangerous or harmful.
This applies to all guests, regardless of permit status.
4. No Aggressive or Inappropriate Behavior
Guests must refrain from any aggressive or inappropriate behavior, including pushing, shoving, or physical contact with other guests or staff. This is a scare experience—have fun, but please be respectful.
Zero tolerance policy for harassment, verbal abuse, or any kind of threatening conduct toward staff or other attendees.
5. Respect the Haunted House Environment
For your safety, please follow all posted rules, stay on marked paths, and refrain from touching the props, performers, or other set elements.
Any intentional damage to the Haunted House or its equipment will result in immediate removal from the event.
6. Entry Refusal
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the premises if they do not comply with the Code of Conduct.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Guests enter the Haunted House at their own risk. By attending, you acknowledge the inherent scares and startling moments designed for entertainment.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
