About Us
Wallkill's Haunted Barn is committed to fostering family values, supporting local organizations, and uplifting individuals within our community. We have partnered with Rivers Edge Ranch, which receives a portion of the entry fees in exchange for providing firewood, fire pits, an engaging interactive petting zoo, and a beautiful, walkable environment. Certain nonprofit organizations are also granted access to some of the entertainment as a donation. We offer free parking and additional entertainment activities, while vendors are not charged a fee. Our goal is to create a pleasant environment that supports small businesses and strengthens our community.
About Our Staff
We receive numerous requests for volunteer actors, and while we occasionally bring some on board, all our actors are paid professionals. We believe it's important to compensate individuals for their time and talent. We began a thorough search for actors early in the season and turned down many applicants, as we seek partners who share a genuine passion for this beloved time of year. We take pride in achieving this goal 100%.
We strive to deliver a high-quality experience at an affordable price and are dedicated to enhancing the Haunted Barn experience on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Thank you for your continued support!
Future Ambitions
We are constantly evolving and improving the Haunted Barn to make it even more thrilling and enjoyable. Next year, we plan to completely redesign the experience, introducing a corn maze and expanding our outdoor offerings. Our vast arena features sophisticated, professional animatronics and a variety of characters, complete with hidden corners to elevate the scare factor for returning guests.

The Wallkills Haunted Barn walk-through is an exhilarating experience, featuring professional animatronics and numerous characters that pop up from various hidden spots, all crafted to deliver maximum in-person scares. This interactive adventure caters to individuals who are not easily frightened, with an average duration of 20 to 30 minutes. Admission also includes access to the River Edge Ranch petting zoo, where many animals are rescued and adopted, providing sanctuary for unwanted farm animals. A significant portion of the entry fee is donated to River Edge Ranch, ensuring they can continue to care for their beloved animals.
Looking ahead to 2025, we have exciting plans for a significant expansion of the haunted barn, which will include a corn maze and an outdoor cemetery, guaranteed to deliver even more thrills. River Edge Ranch will also host various forms of entertainment throughout the year. Each season, the haunted barn will be dismantled and rebuilt, offering a completely different experience every year. Thank you for your support!

Wallkill's Haunted Barn is an extreme, terrifying experience.
Not suitable for: People with heart conditions, respiratory issues, seizures, claustrophobia, or other physical or mental health concerns. Pregnant women, those with pacemakers, or physical limitations should not enter.
Intense environment: Expect loud noises, flashing lights, darkness, dampness, and physical challenges.
Safety rules: No smoking, drinking, eating, running, or touching. No photos or videos.
You enter at your own risk. We cannot control the weather. Tickets are non-refundable. By entering, you agree to appear in photos or videos for our website and social media without compensation and waive any injury or talent claims.
Parental guidance is strongly advised. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Ticket Information
Tickets for canceled events due to weather can be used on another night during the 2024 season.
We reserve the right to refuse entry.
